We appreciate your cooperation and your value in making your commitment in keeping your appointment punctually. Your business is also valuable to us and we guarantee your booked

appointment is on-time.

24-hour notice is required for all cancellation.

• Payment in full will be required for late cancellations or “no-shows” unless:
• the appointment can be filled
• cancellations due to cold/flu/covid symptoms
• Rebooking will require 5-10 days or until symptoms free
•  Unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are determined by the Clinic management.
• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

Clients may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked depending on our schedule. Full payment will be required for the original time booked.

Our massage is strictly non-sexual. We practice zero tolerance policy for all forms of sexual abuse. If the client pressed interest in sexual massage either in behavior or remarks, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and full payment will be required for the booking.
