Arnelia is the best! She does way more than just massages. She uses special techniques like hot stone and cupping to promote lymphatic draining and myofascial release, etc. to get to the root of the problem. In addition, she educates and guides me during my treatments on things I can do at home for maintenance. She is very compassionate and really cares for her clients. Prior to seeing Arnelia, I would feel tight even after treatments, or the relief would only last for a couple of days and my symptoms would return again. What a difference since I started seeing her! Her husband, Gerald, has been a wonderful addition to her practice and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. In addition to what they do, they also recommend stretching, exercise, and tips for healthy eating to maintain good health. I would highly recommend them to anyone, of any age!
